I am an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach and I specialize in supporting individuals (adults and adolescents) and their loved ones to navigate eating disorder treatment. My clients tell me it's my warm, human, and relatable approach that helps them to open up, to be honest, and most importantly to take the challenging steps toward recovery. My clients reach out to me because they are struggling with symptoms that are eating disorder related and the co-occurring conditions that often co-exist.
I've spent the last few years as an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach at a private eating disorder treatment centre that offers virtual intensive outpatient care. I provided one on one eating disorder recovery coaching to individuals (adults and adolescents), as well as couples coaching, parent-only support, and family coaching.
I ran group coaching for the adolescents, and provided individual and group sober curious support to the clients. Eating disorders are complex challenges, that require medical monitoring and it's necessary to have support from a professional(s) who really understands the biological, psychological and social implications.
