Over the past 25 years, Bonnie vast experience has included providing psychological assessment and therapy services with children, adults and families in various mental health clinics, addictions centres and educational settings. She draws from various approaches including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), cognitive-processing therapy (CPT), emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, cognitive-interpersonal therapy (CIT), and behaviour therapy.
