I always work from a strength-based, trauma informed, anti-oppressive approach. I tailor my approach to the person I am working with. I believe it it important to be both straightforward, and accessible. I want my clients to take away the skills that support them in achieving their personal goals. Everyone faces challenging life issues that can be worked through with compassion and strength in order to live a values based life. I am an approved provider with Indigenous Services Canada.
