In todays demanding and high-pressure world, it’s common to experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress. My approach to counselling is trauma informed and eclectic. I apply various therapy models and techniques tailored to your individual needs and concerns. I use a variety of therapeutic treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
