I'm a clinician and psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. My formal training & expertise are in evidence-based modalities including SFT, CBT, and Narrative. I also use the framework of attachment-based theory to "dig deep" and during therapy I explore how past experiences affect the present.
I have dedicated my life to making a positive impact in people’s lives.
