I am a (late diagnosed) neurodivergent psychologist. I have immediate availability for individual, online, telehealth psychology sessions as well as autism and ADHD diagnostic assessments for young people and adults (aged 15+). I am especially passionate about working with neurodivergent females and gender diverse individuals as they explore their identity and reclaim their unique strengths. I am also well versed working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including complex childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, family separation, school difficulties, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
I take a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and compassionate approach to all my work. This means that I provide a safe and secure environment where clients can feel heard, supported and understood through life's challenges. I offer EMDR and Internal Family Systems therapy and work within an attachment based framework.
I love my role as a psychologist and feel genuinely privileged to work with people to create meaningful and lasting life changes. I have a gentle, compassionate and curious approach to therapy and feel passionate about creating a warm, safe space for clients to feel heard, comfortable and supported.
