Reflections is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides meaningful treatment to adolescents (ages 11-18) at our location in The Colony, and adults (ages 18-65) at our location in Plano suffering with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. It is the first Behavioral Health Lifestyle Medicine day treatment facility in North Texas. Our specialized treatment provides a safe and therapeutic environment focused on restoring lifestyle balance and harmony. The mindfulness program is uniquely tailored through didactics and movement to improve the health and wellness of each patient.

Sigma Counseling Services provides comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment services. Our goal is to improve access to mental health and substance use treatment, enhance individuals' quality of life, and effect positive changes in our local community. We have partnered with local community resources to offer subsidized substance use treatment for clients who meet certain qualifications. Additionally, we have affiliated with Texas State, local, and community resources such as courts, probation departments, CPS, schools, and others.

In order to qualify for our treatment program you will need to be willing to commit to the program through attendance, accountability and involving your family in the process. Treatment involves a combination of individual counseling, family counseling, and intensive outpatient counseling programs specially designed for adults or adolescents.

IOP stands for Intensive Outpatient Program. IOP tends to be a best fit for those who do not need inpatient level of care but when symptoms require greater therapeutic support than what can be achieved in the individual outpatient counseling. IOP is structured psychotherapy in a small group format. Group settings are effective in developing self-awareness, emotional management, and social awareness. In order to determine the best care plan for you, we offer confidential consultation and assessment services to better understand your physical, mental, social and emotional health history. Whether your assessment is conducted in person or online, our licensed, compassionate clinicians in consultation with our medical staff will recommend an effective plan of care and answer any questions you may have.

You can trust your loved one is receiving the highest quality care in our outpatient programs. Our IOP has earned and maintained the CARF accreditation for over 5 years. Our programs are customized to the individual needs of our clients. The levels of care stair-step from the Partial Hospitalization Program down to the Intensive Outpatient Program. Clients participate in comprehensive clinical treatment without having to leave home for an inpatient facility. We offer both day and evening Intensive Outpatient Programs. Individual Counseling sessions allow clients to work on an intimate level with their therapists addressing recovery related topics.

Group and Individual Therapy to treat Drug and Alcohol Addiction. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is tailored to assess the client’s needs and build a clinical program that supports the individual’s goals. This level of care gives clients the tools and the opportunity for practical application – to build strength and confidence in their sobriety. We offer Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) to treat addiction, mental health, and dual diagnosis. Some clients may be better suited to starting at the PHP level of care and then transitioning to IOP, dependent on the client’s needs and history. We have a variety of individual, group, and family addiction therapy programs customizable to the needs of each individual and their family.
