Reflections is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides meaningful treatment to adolescents (ages 11-18) at our location in The Colony, and adults (ages 18-65) at our location in Plano suffering with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. It is the first Behavioral Health Lifestyle Medicine day treatment facility in North Texas. Our specialized treatment provides a safe and therapeutic environment focused on restoring lifestyle balance and harmony. The mindfulness program is uniquely tailored through didactics and movement to improve the health and wellness of each patient.
Reflections incorporates the Six Pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, which includes Healthful Eating, Physical Activity, Managing Stress, Avoiding Substances, Improving Sleep, and Healthy Relationships. Combining these with group therapy, the result is Total Mind and Body Wellness! Our outcomes have shown that this is the best way to give those suffering from mental health and addition issues a solid foundation to build on the rest of their life!
