As mental health disorders affect both the individual suffering as well as his or her loved ones, weekly family sessions are held in order to both educate family members on the specifics of the disorder and facilitate healthy communication between everyone involved. By utilizing evidence based therapeutic approaches, our Licensed Professional Counselors and Masters Level Clinicians will provide you with healthy, adaptive coping mechanisms as you work together to target the core stressors which trigger your symptoms. IOP stands for Intensive Outpatient Program. IOP tends to be a best fit for those who do not need inpatient level of care but when symptoms require greater therapeutic support than what can be achieved in the individual outpatient counseling. Reflections is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that provides meaningful treatment to adolescents (ages 11-18) at our location in The Colony, and adults (ages 18-65) at our location in Plano suffering with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders.
