Forward Health is a substance use disorder treatment center that treats all of the factors that attribute to substance use disorder. On top of treating both substance use disorder and the mental health disorders that are associated with living in chaotic drug use, we also put a lot of emphasis on integration back into the community. Ohio Treatment Center, located in Toledo, Ohio, is an outpatient facility that offers treatment for drug and alcohol abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our programs provide a healing environment where we can deliver quality treatment that helps you begin to build a life beyond your addiction. We offer a full spectrum of outpatient treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders, covered by Ohio Medicaid. We offer Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient programs at our medication assisted treatment center in Toledo, Ohio. We deliver high quality treatment in a healing environment, where we get to know each individual on a personal basis, treating the roots of their addiction so you can focus on getting better. Our location in Toledo is very important to us. Our facility was founded, in large part, by recovering addicts from the area, who came together to energize the community in the fight against substance abuse. Withdrawing from drugs or alcohol can be an uncomfortable and scary experience. Sometimes, the fear of experiencing withdrawal symptoms can even prevent people from seeking the care they need. At Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry, we are committed to providing safe and supportive treatment for adults age 18 and older who need inpatient detoxification services. At our treatment center in Columbus, Ohio, we provide a detox program for those who are struggling with addictions to various substances, including alcohol, heroin and other opioids, and benzodiazepines. In our on-site medical detox program, we deliver high-quality medical and therapeutic support to help adults safely rid their bodies of the substances they have been using. This process can help minimize the discomfort of withdrawal and promote patients’ health and physical well-being as they take their next steps toward long-term recovery. Adults usually remain in our detox program for about three days, depending on their needs. At all times, they follow an individualized treatment plan that is designed to support them and help them achieve their recovery goals.

While not a normal part of aging, many senior adults develop late-life depression. As the clinical presentation of late-life depression does vary tremendously from depression at other ages, this mental health disorder can lead to major impairments - including death - in older adults. This is why family and friends must remain vigilant and aware of the symptoms of late-life depression and encourage loved ones to seek treatment immediately. Due to the stresses of older adulthood, late-life depression is often more common than once thought. These stresses may include increased medical conditions, greater levels of disability, grief over the loss of friends and loved ones, and increasing fears over both health and financial security. Unfortunately, many elderly individuals dismiss even the most intense episodes of depression as a normal part of the aging process and do not report their own symptoms or receive proper treatment. With advances in the understanding of depression and its treatment, late-life depression is highly treatable and can lead to improved quality of life and reduction of the severe effects of untreated depression.

Located in the heart of the Embarcadero district, Foundations San Francisco offers a comprehensive intensive outpatient program and Partial Hospitalization for addiction and mental health conditions in a convenient urban setting. We provide highly individualized, confidential treatment to help you in your recovery. Our masters-level therapists offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies alongside mindfulness and holistic practices with a flexible schedule. In addition, we offer 12-Step-optional programs where clinical decisions are driven by your unique needs. Participants attend the program for approximately 25 days or around 5 to 8 weeks. Participants attend the program a minimum of 3 days a week up to 5 days a week depending on the level of support needed. The Day IOP runs Monday through Friday 3 hours a day, 12PM –3PM and the Evening IOP runs Monday through Thursday 5PM – 8PM. OP is now available including 1 group and 1 individualize session per week. The program is certified by the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and accredited by The Joint Commission. Validated parking.

Montecatini is an outpatient treatment center for adolescent and adult women age 16 and older who are struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring concerns, including addictions and other mental health disorders. Women can access our partial hospitalization program (PHP) as a form of step-down care after residential treatment, or they may enter the PHP directly. Typically, clients remain in our PHP for 30-90 days; however, your precise length of stay will depend on your individual needs. Participants in the PHP usually meet six days per week and may participate in a range of therapies, including evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). In our PHP, clients can also meet with medical staff multiple times each week to receive medical care and may also see a psychiatrist once a week for support with medication management. Our robust group therapy offerings include process groups, expressive arts therapy groups, and groups addressing topics such as discharge planning, self-esteem, and body image.
