Adult DBT IOP

IOP provides group therapy in a safe, supportive, and validating environment. With treatment, patients develop core skills to cope with life's challenges and effectively manage mental health problems. This program is designed for patients with the following diagnoses: * Anxiety * Depression * Eating Disorders * Bipolar Disorders * Self-harm behaviors, suicidal thoughts, or attempts. Our IOPs are designed to help you master the skills needed to overcome life's challenges. The program consists of 24 sessions over 8 weeks with rolling entry at any time. Group meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We offer two times to fit all schedules

Adult Dual Diagnosis IOP

The Adult Dual Diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for the treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance abuse problems. Adult MBSR IOP

The Adult Mindfully-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) DBT IOP program is based upon the principals of Dialectal Behavioral Therapy with an emphasis on the practice on mindfulness and meditation to train the mind to develop effective ways of dealing with: *Life's stressful situations *Chronic illness *Chronic pain *Mental and physical health problems *Other challenges that require the application of acceptance and change strategies. MBSR has been proven to effectively decrease chronic pain and the need for copious amounts of medication. This program consists of 24 sessions over 8 weeks with rolling entry at any time.
