Forward Health is a substance use disorder treatment center that treats all of the factors that attribute to substance use disorder. On top of treating both substance use disorder and the mental health disorders that are associated with living in chaotic drug use, we also put a lot of emphasis on integration back into the community. We understand how important connection is when entering recovery. We have a staff of individuals with lived experience who are here to guide you back into the community. We put a huge emphasis on employment and are very plugged into the local economy to secure our clients' great jobs. Our therapists and case managers will then also help clients with life and financial skills to get them in the habit of saving money, paying bills, and rebuilding from the financial damage of their past. A lot of our staff, from ownership down, is in recovery. We’ve been there. And we know the way out. We treat both Substance Abuse and Co-occurring Disorders. A partial hospitalization program, or PHP, is a type of outpatient care that runs several hours each day, five days per week. This structured program is ideal for those who require more intensive support throughout the day while being able to return home to a supportive sober environment at night. A PHP is a step down from a residential program but a step up from intensive outpatient treatment. It requires long hours but still offers flexibility for busy schedules. A partial hospitalization program is a structured day program that provides several hours of individual and group therapy during the week. The goal is to reintegrate you into society while getting the help you need to overcome addiction. The average day in PHP is spent in individual and group therapy, skill-building practice, psychoeducation, and evaluations. A licensed therapist will lead your therapy sessions. Outpatient rehab is a type of substance use treatment that does not require you to stay overnight in a facility. Instead, you’ll travel back and forth to your therapy sessions several days a week. This allows you to maintain much of your normal schedule, such as by going to work or caring for your children. While outpatient treatment is not as intensive as other forms of treatment, it does provide structure and support. And, as you learn new skills and coping strategies in therapy, you’ll be able to apply them right away. This is one of the least stressful ways to transition to everyday living. Forward Health in Ohio offers an outpatient program (OP) for those struggling with drug or alcohol addiction.
