Sanford Outpatient Center for Addiction Treatment is conveniently located 12 minutes from Greater Grand Rapids, in Marne, Michigan. We offer substance use disorder (SUD) and co-occurring mental health treatment to adults 18 or older. Programs are offered in person or via telehealth.
