New Oakland Family Centers has been serving southeast Michigan since 1990. We offer a full continuum of mental health services for adults, children and adolescents with locations in: Center Line, Clarkston, Clinton Township, Farmington Hills, Flint, Livonia, Okemos, Southgate, Bloomfield Hills, Port Huron, Portage and Warren. New Oakland provides a new, holistic and effective approach to mental health and immediate access to mental health services. New Oakland offers: *Fast access for psychiatric evaluations/med reviews *Crisis response/mobile deployment *Transportation *Diverse clinical team *Integration with physical health FACE to FACE Partial Hospital Program (PHP)
Our PHP is the core of the New Oakland therapeutic model. It is a scalable, intensive "day treatment program" that serves as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization and provides a home-like, nurturing environment. Our non-hospital based Partial Hospital that provides a multi-disciplinary approach to assess, intervene, and empower both the individual and the family to work for positive change. *Serving adults, teens and children *Small groups and better supervision *5-10 day program (depending on need) *Transportation Provided *Specialty Eating Disorders Program New Oakland 24-hour CRISIS LINE
