At FCFR, we provide evidence-based treatment for patients with psychiatric disorders with or without substance use disorder. Established in October 2013, IndiHeartandMind, Inc. is the result of our founder’s own personal journey to wholeness. Having lost his grandfather to dementia at a young age and being thrust into the role of caregiver, witnessing the death of his best friend, experiencing life as a single dad, etc., these experiences, among others, were instrumental in motivating Ayinde Reid to study psychology and how people deal with stress. IHM is the result of Mr. Reid’s genuine desire to understand the hearts and minds of people and how individuals react to traumatic experiences.

Wellness Resource Center in Boca Raton, Florida, is a leading provider of outpatient addiction treatment services for adults age 18 and older. Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) are designed for people who are struggling with addictions to alcohol, opioids, stimulants, prescription drugs, and other substances. Most people who receive treatment enter our PHP first. Here, clients live in apartment-style housing on-site and participate in intensive therapies for up to six hours a day, seven days a week. This treatment program lasts a minimum of 28 days, but each person's length of stay depends on their individual needs. Clients can then transition to our IOP. At this level of care, clients continue to live on-site and participate in nine hours of therapy a week for four to six weeks. In our IOP, clients can search for employment while receiving ongoing therapy and comprehensive support.
