BNI Treatment Centers offers inpatient and residential substance abuse and mental health treatment programs that are physician owned and operated. BNI provides acute stabilization and 24/7 monitoring by an experienced medical team for conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, oppositional defiance, bipolar disorder, and most other mental health conditions.. For substance abuse and dual diagnosis conditions, BNI offers a medically monitored detoxification and rehabilitation program. The residential setting provides a safe and comfortable environment which helps the healing and recovery process.

ROWI is a comprehensive mental health facility for teens ages 12-17. We are clinician-owned and operated, with 16 locations across Southern California. Our program includes individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and psychiatric care. In addition, we provide art, fitness, mindfulness, music, UCLA's "PEERS" social skills program, and other therapies to provide a holistic approach to care. We offer full-day (Partial Hospitalization) and after-school (Intensive Outpatient) services for teens experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, school avoidance, ADHD, trauma, gender identity issues, and more. We also offer an inclusive program for teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Alter Behavioral Health - San Juan Capistrano is a short-term crisis stabilization unit (CSU) for individuals struggling with an acute mental health crisis as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization or other levels of care. Individuals generally come to our unit for care after experiencing suicidal ideation, a suicide attempt, severe anxiety, or generally unsafe behavior. In general, we treat individuals who are experiencing one or more of the following disorders: major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety, bipolar disorder, a personality disorder, a dissociative disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
