Embrace U combines psychiatry, individual therapy, and group therapy to offer complete treatment of behavioral disorders. Our clinical team helps participants develop stronger self-esteem, along with the coping and communication skills they need to live happier, healthier lives. We also offer parents education and a support group to ensure your child stays on a path towards recovery. Embrace U offers two programs - intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization, meeting 5 to 3 days per week. We offer a safe space where your child can learn to express their emotions, identify triggers and learn how to live with mental health challenges. Most participants stay in our programs for about six weeks. When an adolescent has a mental health challenge it helps to have a supportive network of peers and therapists they can talk to.
