I am a highly skilled coach with over 15,000 hours of coaching and energy healing work experience. I'm a National Board Certified Health & Well-Being Coach, Certified Life & Behavioral Coach, Mindfulness & Qigong Instructor, Reiki Master Teacher and . I’m a service provider for evidence based Coaching Psychology, mindfulness and mind/body training.
In addition to traditional coaching, I offer: Eco-therapy (nature coaching), energy sessions, red light therapy, reiki, stress reduction, relaxation therapy, breath work, meditation, aromatherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine/ Qigong, meditation, & tapping.
