I am a highly skilled coach with over 15,000 hours of coaching and energy healing work experience. I'm a National Board Certified Health & Well-Being Coach, Certified Life & Behavioral Coach, Mindfulness/Meditation Instructor and Dual Reiki Master Teacher. I’m a service provider for evidence based Coaching Psychology, mindfulness and mind/body training.
In addition to traditional coaching, I offer: Eco-therapy (nature coaching), energy sessions, red light therapy, reiki, stress reduction, relaxation therapy, breath work, meditation, aromatherapy, bio-metric screening, meditation, stretching, energy psychology, tapping.
