Our focus is on improving the overall wellness of children who are experiencing post-trauma, mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, ADHD, and high functioning autism. As a marriage and family therapist, I greatly enjoy working with couples and families, especially those who struggle with communication. I love teaching people skills to help with conflict resolution. I also work with individuals ages 5 and up. I am passionate about helping those with trauma, grief/loss, adjustment, depression and anxiety. I work with many who struggle to have healthy boundaries and saying no. I am particularly interested in working with underserved and underrepresented populations, and strive to offer culturally sensitive and competent services.
