Our life's work is helping clients achieve a better sense of self and happiness...more recently we've recognized that without good mental health providers, finding this balance in life can be more difficult and stressful. As a result, we tend toward an Integrative approach and help our clients transform into the people they want to be. We see each client as an individual with many parts to their identity. Utilizing a holistic and systemic approach we help clients reintegrate the parts of themselves to function better as individuals and within their systems. Our focus tends toward a systems based approach using behavior methods.

I am Licensed Professional Counselor, Substance Abuse Counselor, and owner of Trilogy Counseling Services in Grafton, WI. I work with a wide range of issues including mental health disorders, unresolved emotional issues, self-esteem/self-empowerment, grief and loss, relationship/family concerns, couples counseling, individual counseling for personal and emotional growth, therapy to create more meaning and purpose in one’s life/living a more fulfilled life, and multiple other issues.

Where is your favorite place that provides a sense of calm and purpose? Mine is my Grandma's Red Pier from childhood. My hope is to help you find this sense of calm and purpose in your everyday life.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process. You are the expert on yourself; I am just here to walk side-by-side with you on the path towards however you envision your healing journey and your most optimal self. If your goals are to go deeper, explore patterns, process emotions, build empowerment, discover your strengths, and understand the "why," we will work well together. My personal goal for each client is to create an environment of unconditional positive regard - to allow you a safe space to process, grow, and feel seen.

That being said, I have extensive experience working in residential, crisis, and school settings with clients who have had mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse problems, relationship stress, eating disorders, work/career, concentration issues, & other problem areas. I'm interested in helping my clients become the most authentic versions of themselves! My approach is holistic in nature.

Trained as a somatic & transpersonal psychotherapist, my work is rooted in the development and application of transformational techniques for healing and growth. Clients often report experiencing significant personal breakthroughs around life-long challenges. Finding acceptance for where we are and what we're dealing with in life opens the door to creating the life we want and know is possible.

Entering into counseling takes both courage and vulnerability. I work with children, teens, adults, families, and couples, using an approach of trust and mutual respect, believing that every person is doing the best they can and has the ability to grow and learn. Identifying and drawing forth personal skills and strengths as well as an action plan for change is crucial for problem resolution. I address all areas to self-healing, working with body, mind, and Spirit. People are whole beings and all areas truly are connected.

My ideal client is a teen, adult, or couple that is in need of communication work, reframing and refocusing thoughts, or in need of asssistance with anxiety. I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated on their journey to healthier mental practices and those seeking assistance.

Clients wanting to optimize their potential and willing to explore effective solutions from Western and Eastern wisdom traditions are my specialty. During my forty plus years working in psychiatric hospitals, leading residential treatment programs, teaching relationship courses for couples and presenting Mind, Body and Spirit healing seminars, helping others heal the core of their issue is my passion. I work with adolescents, adults, families and couples from every orientation. Of course, the LBGT community is welcome. Respectful of every religious orientation, I love working with anyone wanting to unite their physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual aspects of their being.

As a solution-focused and strengths-based therapist, I work with clients to understand their past, clarify their present, and support their goals moving forward, even through life’s hardest situations. I work with clients experiencing the effects of trauma using EMDR and mindfulness, targeting and reworking core beliefs to move individuals and couples forward in their relationships with themselves and others.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, School Counselor and 200hr Registered Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher. I am also a Yoga Therapist and Developmental & Relational Trauma Therapist (DARTT) in training. I use a holistic counseling approach which allows me to gear supports to each individual's specific needs. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic/body-centered therapies, trauma informed care, acceptance and commitment therapy, yoga therapy and mindfulness techniques.

The Family Center is a community-based, systemic therapy outpatient mental health center and the primary training location for Edgewood College's Marriage and Family Therapy Graduate Program. We work both with Individuals and Relationships by providing a variety of services. We are LGBTQIA2S+ friendly and racial-justice minded. Our clients seek out services ranging from anxiety and depression, to alcohol and drug issues, to premarital/marital counseling and more. We work with people of all ages, all identities, and all issues!

Change is hard but can be welcome relief when we are suffering. I welcome those seeking change, enthusiastically or reluctantly. We are all changing (the only constant). I work with people to make those changes conscious and long lasting. I help them find balance in the change process, recognizing successes and sitting in discomfort together. I have a wholistic approach to meet each client where they are through cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing and trauma informed care.

There are times in our lives when we feel lost, trapped or unable to find peace in our daily routine. We try to cope and find solace, but may end up feeling more defeated.
