I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, School Counselor and 200hr Registered Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher. I am also a Yoga Therapist and Developmental & Relational Trauma Therapist (DARTT) in training. I use a holistic counseling approach which allows me to gear supports to each individual's specific needs. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic/body-centered therapies, trauma informed care, acceptance and commitment therapy, yoga therapy and mindfulness techniques.
I believe in being relational and breaking down the stigma attached to mental health issues. I have worked in schools, nonprofit organizations and community centers to expand access to care. I conduct therapy to ages across the lifespan in person or over telehealth.
In addition, I have provided consultation and training for schools and organizations to better support employees and/or the people they care for. Ultimately, my passion lies in helping children, adolescents and adults overcome personal challenges and tap into their own resiliency. Life is hard enough, take a break from the noise.
