I having been performing counseling for many years, beginning as an Airman to Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force and now, professionally. I am trained as a Dialectical Behavioral therapist but use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy to help you on your journey so that you get your desired outcome.
