If what you are doing with your life and relationships only results in a mess, you can learn to change all that to your satisfaction. I have the skills and experience to teach and support you in the process. The process involves learning who you are (how you feel, what your needs are), how to expose and change self beliefs that are misdirecting your life, how to put words to it all, and finally learn how to express yourself in a meaningful, constructive way to others. Clients tell me how much they appreciate their new self-understanding and relationship skills.

I enjoy serving people from all walks of life and have worked in several diverse location. I envision therapeutic work in three tiers, depending clients' needs and preferences. Some people wish to deal with specific issues and "get back on the road" right away. Others wish to solve deeper issues such as depression or anxiety. And still others want to uncover the roots of their concerns and work toward healing on the deepest possible level. I am comfortable at each of these levels but am especially suited to the deeper level work.
