I work with people to develop a strong sense of self, learn mindfulness, distress tolerance skills or other ways to regulate their emotions, reduce anxiety and learn to be less impulsive.

I have experience working with addiction, grief, trauma, anxiety and depression. I provide DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), EMDR, recovery, and early recovery.
