I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a certified EMDR clinician with 30 years of experience who specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families experiencing difficulties related to trauma, negative life events, marital issues, addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and grief. I am uniquely qualified to help you with dysfunctional relationships, anxiety, codependence, substance use disorder, behavior addictions such as eating disorders and sexual compulsivity, trauma, and the emotional dysregulation that results from cognitive distortion. My clients struggle with low self worth and lack of self-acceptance, feelings of loss of control and loneliness. I help them realize their worth as fully-functioning, multi-dimensional human beings.

I have a practice which focuses on assisting each woman become the healthiest version of herself. I concentrate on areas in which many women struggle. Some of them are: depression, eating disorders, anxiety, panic disorders, sexual abuse, postpartum depression and stress. In order to live an abundantly fulfilled life, a person sometimes needs assistance. My purpose is to aid in this goal. Additionally, I now offer a program for students or adults with ADHD which assists in awareness of time and organization. This is a fun nonthreatening program which is extremely helpful with this issue.

I provide individual and family therapy with adults, teens, and children who are seeking to make changes and improve their quality of life. I'm a contemplative therapist and ordained contemplative minister who may be the mirror you need for this season. I specialize in a mindful awareness process called Brainspotting. Brainspotting not only offers trauma healing and creative expansion: It can help you recover your connection to the authentic self that was shelved along the way.. I'm grateful to have provided over 10K hours of Brainspotting since 2013 and witnessed this amazing healing and spiritual growth. I'd be honored to accompany you.
