Hi beautiful people! Need support from feeling unseen or navigating a world in which your identities are not affirmed? I'm here to support you in further harnessing your intuitive voice, as well as providing a space to explore your past, current, and potential future. As a Black/Queer/Neurodivergent provider, I am dedicated to helping you synthesize memories and experiences of your life, and how these moments might be informing your identities today. I am deeply invested in you and think of our relationship as a collaborative one in which we both discover and explore what affirms you and makes you feel seen, heard, and supported.

Navigating this world as a marginalized individual is hard. As a neurodivergent, queer individual, I get it. I feel an intense desire to help those who feel marginalized or shut out by society begin to feel acknowledged and loved while they begin to understand how they can take up space in this world without being rejected. You are the expert on your own life, I am simply here to guide you along your journey. I am deeply passionate about how humans think, work, and view the world, and want to help you explore your curiosities and come to a better understanding of yourself.

My clients and I co-create a gentle and warm space for my clients to explore their identities and narratives. While doing so, issues and stresses related to family, work, relationships, education, intergenerational trauma, identities and transitions are likely to come up. Through introspection, connection, and skills learning, I am here to encourage my clients to grow into and sustain the most authentic versions of themselves. I am experienced in working with members of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities.

I work with individuals who are looking to process past traumas and gain confidence in their life decisions. I help my clients learn more about themselves, their experiences, and how every interaction can shape how an individual lives their life. We are all navigating this world, and I am here to show you how we can do it together.

Trauma and the destabilizing events of our lives can impact our ability to grow no matter when or how they happen. We can find ourselves in harmful or unmanageable cycles that persist. By creating a safe space to creatively experiment in therapy you can provide yourself with the means and intention to grow. As a Clinician I have worked with clients experiencing addiction, the impact of trauma, and family dysfunction. Perhaps these challenges have led to unhealthy behaviors that don't fit who you are and what you need anymore. Or that you have reached many of your goals, but realize the cost has been an internal battle that persists.

Your experience is real, putting someone else’s feelings above that is unfair to you. The different journeys we have lived so far has shaped how we respond and react to our loved ones today. Some walks through life end up with us feeling like our needs are selfish. It can lead to decisions weighing on our minds because they are not always understood by society. They can steer us to go down paths where we start to rely on substances to get us through the day. Other times, it prevents us from looking pass the hurt from past relationships to enjoy our life fully.

As a gay, trans man, I know what it is like to struggle to find a therapist who understands your experience. Therapy is a collaborative endeavor and I am here to support you in your growth. Whatever it may be that brings you to therapy, I can offer a warm, safe, and engaging space for you to explore what is getting in the way. I am interested in cultivating your awareness to allow you to uncover patterns that no longer serve you.

Hi, my name is Anna. Feeling misunderstood and other-ed can be deeply challenging, especially if you navigate the world with a unique set of experiences or marginalized ones—whether you're part of the queer and/or trans community, Neurodivergent, facing complex trauma, or dealing with chronic illness.

Matthew (he/they) believes in the power of healing through connection. He helps clients overcome their challenges and build strong communities of support by working in collaboration to create a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust and full acceptance. They feel strongly that therapy is not only a space to overcome life’s difficulties but also where clients can emerge in their authentic beauty, beyond the limiting nature of societal constructs and oppressive systems.

I'm Luna (they/them) and I am a trans, nonbinary, queer, polyam and Latine therapist based in New York. My lived experiences as a queer and trans, low-income, first generation student with immigrant parents, inform how I am able to provide the most collaborative, client-centered and strengths based care to provide transformative justice towards your healing.

You might not realize it yet but you know yourself better than anyone else. What I have found in my personal and professional experience is that the more connected and compassionate we are with ourselves, the more connected and compassionate we are to our surroundings. I am a Brown, queer, gender non-conforming, immigrant, psychotherapist. I practice from an anti-oppressive lens that acknowledges the impact of the many systems we navigate under everyday. Naming the impact along with an exploration of the self, can lead us to a deeper understanding of ourselves and our humanity.

I believe everyone has a story that needs to be shared. Therapy can be a space where we challenge how we relate to our stories as well as the one's we've been told by our families, cultures, and society. Therapy can also be a space where we reckon with the universal systems and histories of oppression that have impacted our stories, our ability to tell them, and how we feel they are received in the world. I provide support to those who are motivated towards greater understandings of their stories in order to heal the connections in their relationships with themselves and others.

I believe in community care, liberation, growth, joy, resilience, healing, and justice. We live within various systems and institutions that impact how we navigate our lives in relation to each other. I am here to invite and support you in exploring connections to yourself, your communities, and the world around you. I am passionate about working with intersectional identities of race, gender, sexuality, and neurodivergence and focus around issues of relationships, trauma, transitions, and alternative lifestyles (such as kink/BDSM, polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, etc.).

As a Latinx/e, bilingual, non-binary child of migrant families, I understand how family history and cultural obligations can affect or supports you.
