I am passionate about mental health and it is my goal to assist my clients with improving their quality of life. I have over ten years of experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist working with a variety of mental health concerns including improving self-esteem, working through trauma, and managing symptoms of anxiety and depression. I genuinely care about the well-being of my clients and am dedicated to assisting them in navigating challenges and achieving personal growth.
Therapy sessions with a professional will help to address concerns in a confidential, structured environment and introduce tools to repair not just the surface-level issue, but the root of the problem. I work with individuals by focusing on stabilizing your situation and getting you back to feeling great in your day to day life.
Starting the therapy process can be overwhelming, so I do my best to help my clients feel comfortable and supported during our sessions.
