Sometimes we want a change but we don’t know how to make it happen. We get trapped and stuck in our fears and our patterns. We hold tight when it’s time to let go. We feel alone. We sense that there are other parts of ourselves that need expression. And we know that life can be better. Sooner or later, we all need a space where we can reflect and find authentic ways to move forward.
My approach starts with respect for your experience. All of it. My office is a safe harbor where you are heard. You can say the unsaid and feel the unfelt. We look to the past to understand what is happening. We collaborate. We figure out better ways to connect to others, to get free and to be yourself. Together, we make space for something new to emerge.
My office is within walking distance of the U of M campus, but I currently offer tele-sessions.
