We are a practice located physically Virginia but work remote in Virginia, DC, and Massachusetts. We specialize in trauma, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders, working with clients to help process and develop coping skills to manage in their daily lives, & we always work with clients where they are. We work from a collaborative approach, connecting with outside providers to help make your treatment fluid. When we work with clients, it is always person-centered. We utilize creative arts & play therapy techniques, CBT, DBT skills, & BSFT. We connect with clients to develop the treatment plan.

Private pay sessions for 60$ dollars, couples 75$, I take most insurance and the insurance I accept is increasing. I have experience of over 35 years expert professional, licensed in 3 states, CA, VA and WA. Currently in the Wash DC area on assignment with the DOD working with Military Families and providing therapy virtually to clients in California and Washington State. I'm a certified expert provider in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Drug and Alcohol Recovery, Family Dynamics and specialist and a DOD consult in Combat, childhood trauma, PTSD Psychotherapy. I also provided Christian counseling upon request.

I am accepting new clients with immediate availability (within 48 hours) and am currently offering a special rate for children's therapy - I am a resident therapist with Decoding Relationships, a virtual counseling agency specializing in relationship therapy. I work with adults and children to adjust behavior and learn healthy communication skills to improve relationships between family members.
