Veteran-owned and operated, we seek to help Veterans, First Responders, their Families, and children impacted by traumatic events. We provide specialized individual and group therapy, and provide therapy for a wide range of children, adolescent, and adult clients. We welcome those who are struggling with life issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, coping, gender identity, mood disorders, relationship issues, sexuality, and addictions. We believe that the situations we experience impact us, but do not define us. Our clinicians are trained to help you reach your full potential and overcome difficult situations.

Welcome!!! Finding a therapist can be challenging and we thank you for your consideration. Mandy at Upward You Counseling treats those ages 15+. She specializes in working with those who are struggling with social skills challenges, OCD, anxieties, life transitions, ADHD, communication, etc. She utilizes Animal Assisted Therapy when in the office setting and will have a dog at her office to offer support and participate in the interventions if applicable to treatment. Mandy believes counseling shouldn’t be a dreaded process and when working together as a team obstacles can be overcome.

Your well-being, confidentiality of your information, and confidence in us as your are my top three priorities. We all need a little help working through everyday stressors that become too much for us to handle alone at times. For we were not meant to exist alone but to help build each other up, to help meet and exceed our potential.
