In order to provide unique and individualized care, I offer a multitude of services such as individual therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy. I am licensed to treat clients in both Florida and Utah and I believe in alternative ways of conducting therapy based on the needs of my clients. I have spent the vast majority of my career supporting and counseling clients facing issues ranging from eating disorders and addictions, couples/family conflict, and mood disorders.

Life is challenging and when you are struggling with mental wellness you may become overwhelmed and lost. Working with me is a way to break free of feeling isolated, misunderstood, and stuck. Enhancing compassion for self and others are key elements of the healing process along with coping skill development, self-awareness, and acceptance to establish a foundation for change. Working in community mental health and the broad scope of clients I have worked has taught me the most important skill that is needed in psychotherapy- connection! My greatest skill is the ability to build rapport, connection and ultimately a therapeutic relationship, which is the cornerstone of success in therapy. This happens through active listening, determining the problem's and diagnosis, then creating a personalized treatment plan with goals. My most successful clients are the ones who put in the work outside of the sessions to meet there prescribed goals. 'Nothing changes if nothing changes'.
