Just the thought of shedding winter clothing and baring your skin this summer causes you to feel like hiding. Therapists take on a number of different roles in their work. I predominately view my role as guide. The majority of my sessions are conducted through a virtual platform but I also offer in-person sessions in an outdoor setting. One of the goals of this practice is to help clients discover a deeper sense of self and acceptance.
