I offer an eclectic approach to psychotherapy with an extensive background in the treatment of trauma.  My training in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Dr. Bruce Perry's work The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics has enabled me to specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD and many other diagnosis.

Hello there, I'm Heidi. My calling for the past 7 years has been to help teens and young adults who have experienced child abuse, dating violence & sexual assault. I also have experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and self-esteem.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring my approach to address the unique needs of each individual. Additionally, I provide play therapy, counseling for parent-child dyads, and group counseling sessions. I often work with clients to cover a range of important topics. These include trauma resilience; healthy relational functioning; mindful movement; relational parenting; and addressing the pressing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, and PTSD.
