Groups
Adult Psychotherapy Group
Why join a group? Most people struggle in some way in their relationships, whether it be feeling unsatisfied, disconnected, or trapped in the same patterns. Group therapy provides a safe environment that allows group members to develop a deeper understanding of how and why they interact with others in the way that they do, and how at times they might get in their own way when pursuing relationship goals. Group therapy also serves as a relationship “laboratory” where members can try out new ways of relating to themselves and others.

Process-oriented Training Group for Therapists
A process-oriented training group is unique space for therapists to develop deeper understanding of their personal and professional selves through a combination of interpersonal process and case consultation. In addition to receiving support with challenging clinical material, group members will learn more about how their life experiences and subjectivity shape the way they work with clients. By putting words to their reactions within themselves, toward others within the group, and toward their clients, members can further develop their relational and emotional capacities. Training groups are helpful for reducing burnout and isolation and for creating closer connections with other therapists.
