I assist my clients to work with their day to day/chronic stressors to establish healthy coping skills with things, places and people that are not changeable in their lives. I do treat my clients the same way as I would want me or my family members to be treated with respect, compassion and competence.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and counselor supervisor with over 14 years of clinical experience. I work with adult individuals, adolescents, children, couples and families, using a variety of therapeutic techniques. I have vast experience working with issues related to trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, anger management, mood disorders, anxiety, employment and work place problems, and grief.
