I was the Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist on active duty in Department of Defense until retirement after 26 years total military service. As a retired U. S. Army Major, I administer Psychological testing for PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injury. I administer testing for Dementia, Alzheimer’s, ADHD/ADD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety and other Psychological and Neuropsychological Disorders.

Bolivar is a native of South Florida, where he attended Florida State University’s School of Social Work. His studies focused on child welfare and cultural studies. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Social Work. Immediately following his undergraduate studies, Bolivar knew his life’s work would be helping youth overcome trauma and strengthen families. These passions led Bolivar to a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Child Welfare Studies.

I am a Licensed Psychologist and School Psychologist. I am also owner and CEO of Carewright Clinical Services (www.carewright.org), a dynamic mental health company offering a variety of mental health services to child/adolescents, adults and seniors.
