For 26 years I have helped adults, college students, teens, and children to quickly discover or rediscover joy and peace in life. I specialize in relationship issues, stress, anger management, anxiety, and loss. With children/teens, I help with ADHD, impulse control, and behavioral conflict at school and home. Theophlius Watson, LCSW-S, is a mental health therapist with over a decade of experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds. Theo is trained in EMDR, PREP couples therapy, CBT and other proven techniques. Theo’s use of evidenced-based techniques, specialized training, trauma-focused approach and couples therapy has produced highly favorable outcomes for the clients he’s worked with.

We all face struggles with achieving our goals, understanding and overcoming hurtful life experiences, or resolving conflicts with others. It can be extremely helpful to have a compassionate, unbiased, and supportive person to talk to when these issues arise.

If there is a question as to whether you or a loved on has an eating disorder, I can complete an assessment and then help to provide recommendations on what treatment would be a best fit for you or your loved one's needs. If you have been recommended by another professional to seek treatment and need assistance navigating those choices, I can also provide consultation for the best treatment center fit and assist with the admissions process.

I’m very passionate about helping people reach their healing goals. My goal is to simplify people’s lives, assist in overcoming challenges, motivate and make clients feel enlightened and equipped with practical and useful coping skills. My heart is in helping the community; making them feel safe, supported and encouraged.
