I believe in involving clients in their own therapeutic process and building on their strengths to address challenges they may be having. I believe that, through safe, connected relationship, we can work together to tackle any issue.
I specialize in working with neurodiverse populations as well as trauma-informed care, but have experience working with a wide variety of clients. I utilize behavioral science and use the modalities of CBT, DBT, EMDR, Sandtray Therapy and Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, among others.
