I have experience with a few years in severe mental health working on crisis and working in prison systems. I am also experienced in sex addiction recovery with behavioral and substance abuse. My focus is to help people become more stable in life with life challenges. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focus, and Motivational Interviewing as just a few to be eclectic in my approach. I know that people are different and celebrate peoples differences.

Welcome! I offer online therapy for clients who may feel more comfortable attending therapy via their phone/computer. As a marriage and family therapist, I collaborate with my clients to create a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to give my clients the space to process while also helping them reach their goals. I work with clients and their families dealing with a variety of mental health and interpersonal issues. Most common concerns that I work with is anxiety, depression, and communication concerns in a relationship.

My passion is to help people of all ages, in all seasons of life. I work with a wide range of issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, job stress, and relationship difficulties.

Working with women, teens, and children, I take a faith-based integrative health approach to help my clients reach their therapeutic goals to support them in overcoming feelings of anxiety, as well as other issues that may bring them to counseling. During sessions I help my clients explore and process their emotions while also looking at practical approaches to help achieve and maintain progress.
