I specialize in treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I have a background in Trauma Informed Care and use that focus in treating women with many types of trauma. I primarily practice from Cognitive-Behavioral orientation but often incorporate Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
In my practice, offering a caring and supportive environment where patients feel safe is my main concern. I love working with patients to meet their goals!
