If you experience depression, anxiety, addictions, or need help with relationships, I am the ideal therapist for you. I believe in the power of incorporating a regular practice in order to develop coping skills and overcome challenges. My ideal client is someone who is willing to put in the work between sessions to improve his or her life. I am also an ally to the LGBTQ+ community. Those who are non-gender conforming are welcome. I believe in Health at Every Size (HAES) and body positivity, as well.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT, is among my preferred methods of therapy. CBT can help you manage symptoms by identifying and adjusting what you think. Having completed Level 1 Gottman training, I will empower you to repair and rebuild emotional connection with your partner by using techniques that have been researched for 40 years,
Integrating my knowledge of neuroscience, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy allows me to offer treatment methods that are unique to each person's needs and proven to be effective by research.
