Hi there! Do you struggle to feel in control of your emotions? Do those anxious or negative thoughts keep popping up? I work with people from all walks of life who are looking to build/rebuild their connection to themselves and others. My clients tend to struggle with anxiety, depression, self-worth, perfectionism, exploring their identities, trauma, and relationship issues. My primary role is to create an empathetic, safe, and collaborative space. I welcome adults, teens, and couples for therapy in our office in Keller. I also offer online therapy, if you live elsewhere in TX or have a busy schedule, help is still in reach.
Together we will examine parts of your past, challenges in the present, and hopes for the future while honoring your intersecting identities and natural strengths. I'll hold space for you to cry, vent, make jokes, or swear — while helping you to deconstruct unhelpful patterns, set healthier boundaries, heal trauma, and embrace your most authentic self.
