Zephyr Care specializes in neurodiversity-affirming assessments for autism, ADHD, and mental health for adults and children. We have immediate openings for appointments and can see people in TN and most other states. We specialize in high masking autism and understand the unique presentations of autistic women/girls as well as profiles like pathological demand avoidance (PDA). Our evaluations are comprehensive and consider all possible mental health diagnoses - this is what sets our evaluations apart from others who offer psychological testing testing!

Laurence Welch is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Tennessee who has been practicing since 2022. Laurence is a relentlessly supportive therapist with more than a decade of teaching mindfulness practices, resulting in a uniquely grounded and compassionate presence. She utilizes a humanist, collaborative approach to assist you in meeting your goals and making desired changes. Outside of work, Laurence enjoys puttering in her garden, concocting treats in her kitchen, and playing the piano poorly. She also takes great pleasure in her excessive collection of books, most of which she has thought about reading.

Taking new clients. I am in network with Aetna, Cigna, and Optum/UHC. Only EAP through Optum and Cigna, at this time. There is a major difference in 'feeling alone' and 'being alone'. We have a passion for supporting people who are seeking help managing high stress, life changes, anxiety, depression and trauma symptoms through outpatient therapy sessions and medication management.
