Taking new clients. There is a major difference in 'feeling alone' and 'being alone'. Loneliness in the midst of crisis can feel suffocating, especially in our marriages and/or relationships. The counseling process can be a therapeutic alliance when all else feels lost and hopeless. Asking for help can be a very difficult process, but it is a vital first step towards healing and wellness. Christianity, spirituality, and faith systems play a significant role into most people’s journeys. My motto is "No one should have journey alone". Let's partner up and journey together.
My passions revolve around the complexities of relationships. I enjoy, respect, and appreciate the unique challenges that each individual brings to life, relationships, and/or marriage. Relating plays a pivotal role in each developmental stage. I view my role in the clinical setting as a helper to navigate these difficult times/paths.
My approach to counseling is holistic and relational. I am a generalist who works with many issues ages 12 and up. My specialties include adolescents/teens/parent relationship issues, college aged, young adult, and couples. I am also an approved clinical supervisor.
