Life experiences, relationships, and past trauma can shape how we see ourselves and the world. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their emotions, gain insight into their struggles, and develop practical strategies for healing and growth. I am committed to helping clients build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and foster self-compassion as they navigate their unique journeys toward healing and well-being.

My primary approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based, person-centered theories with an emphasis on building trust, acceptance, purpose, and meaning. I use trauma-informed approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mindfulness Based techniques to support healing from trauma, with a focus on integrating body and mind.
