Available Now... When looking for a new therapist, what is most important to you? My strongest values are mutual understanding, authenticity, confidentiality and competence. These are what I hope to share with my clients. My goal is to listen and help you in your process starting from wherever you are. Having the courage to begin in the healing process isn’t easy. But life doesn’t have to be so damn hard! I'm able to draw from my own personal life and professional experiences. I truly believe I can help you also. I have worked with all ages and most issues. I have years of experience working with abuse, abandonment/attachment, loss, self-esteem issues, etc... while working with adults, couples and teens. Also EMDR
