While providing mental health services I strive to meet clients where they are in their lives. It can be difficult to ask for help and or to be open to change. I offer a safe space for clients to talk and receive constructive and meaningful feedback. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed approaches and strengths perspective.
I want my clients to feel empowered to make a change in their lives and work collaboratively to achieve their goals through a caring and positive working relationship. I value building an environment that is warm and empathetic. At this time I am doing tele-therapy and video sessions only. I also provide supervision for clients looking to get their license.
