Aloha my name is Tatiana Macias and thank you for making it to this point. You are taking the first step in advocating for your needs. Mental health struggles can happen at any age, which is why I love being able to guide those on their journey with Marriage/Family difficulties and unresolved Trauma. Symptoms of anger, flash backs, anxiety, depression, muscle tension, hopelessness, not feeling loved, not feeling enough, grief, etc. are extremely difficult to live with day to day. Doing this alone can be so lonely and hard, and I am here to hopefully walk with you through this challenging time.
I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients by utilizing a person-centered approach. If you are dealing with tough thoughts or feelings and overwhelm, or want to have healthier relationships with yourself and others, you are not alone. We can work together to find and build on your strengths towards your goals and overall well-being.
I have worked with various populations and a multitude of challenges. I've learned that we may come from different cultures, stories, and backgrounds, but we usually have very similar desires and needs.
