I aim to guide individuals in liberating their authentic nature and empowering their sense of being.
I embody a person-centered and humanistic approach to foster acceptance and self-love. I bring in a compassionate based feministic perspective to support others in rediscovering their authority in life. Additionally, I incorporate nature therapy ("walk and talk" sessions outdoors) and experiential art when requested.
