Many people I have worked with are struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, identity issues, suicidal thoughts, etc. Many of them struggle with unhealthy coping skills, such as self-harm or other risky behaviors. They are seeking a safe outlet for self-expression, reflection, and creating healthy coping strategies.
